Fine Art, Fine Wine Workshops

Our popular Fine Art Fine Wine Night continues into the fall with new projects. Come join us for local wine, appetizers and create an original piece of art. These classes are for everyone, even the self proclaimed 'unartistic'. All our workshops use simple techniques and use step by step instruction so you will leave with a great piece of art! You may even have fun and learn something new along the way.

All Fine Art, Fine Wine workshops are 50.00 and include materials, wine and appetizers.  

  Thursday, September 23^rd, 7 -9pm.  Using the fall garden as inspiration we will be creating a 'watercolor' style still life painting with a modern twist. We will be using vinyl gouache as our main medium and embellishing with vintage paper.                                                                                      Registration must be received by Monday, September 20^th. 

Thursday, October 28^th,  7- 9pm.  - Project in the the works...Halloween is in the air.                    Registration must be received by Monday, October 25^th.

Thursday, November 18^th, 7-9pm - Project being developed.                                                  Registration must be received by Monday,November15^th.                                                                                                             

FAMILY FUN TIME                                                                                                                              Saturday, September 18^th,  10:00am - 12:00pm  Find out how you can 'upcycle' plastic drink bottles into fabulous flowers. Spend two hours with your son or daughter, grandchild (etc) and create a one of a kind bouquet to take home. 

$20.00 per pair $5.00 per additional family member (Minimum of 3 pairs to open class.)                                   Registration must be received by Wednesday, September 15^th.

Wednesday, October 27^th,  6- 7:30pm  -  Ages 5 and up. Lets get ghoulish and create something creepy      together. 

10.00 per child. (5 minimum to run class)                                                                                                           Registration must be received by Saturday, October 24^th.

SPECIALTY CLASSES                                                                                                                                House Painting 101, Saturday, September 25^th, 10 - 12pm. Back by request, this class will cover all the tips and tricks you need to know to create a professional paint job in your home every time. Create clean trim and ceiling lines, learn about primers, rollers, and paints. We'll paint our demo wall for hands on practice.

25.00 per person.                                                                                                                       Registration must be received by Wednesday, September 22^nd.

Intro to Venetian Plaster, Saturday, October 9^th,  10am -12pm. Using lime based and synthetic plasters you will learn to achieve the smooth, polished look and feel of Venetian Plaster. You will create a sample board and be using the studio demo wall for hands on practice. You are required to provide your own Pavan or Japan trowel. Small Japan or Pavan trowel can be ordered from Modello Designs #mce_temp_url# or you may call the studio by September 29th for a group order.

50.00 per person.                                                                                                                                     Registration must be received by Wednesday, October 6^th.
